In the studio, Dor makes music feel effortless. Ideas turn into riffs, theory turns into feeling, and the room fills with his easygoing humor. When he’s not working on a track, you’ll probably find him quoting stand-up, playing games, or rolling dice late into the night with friends.
Inbal:
Inbal leads Ripples’ strategy and handles the company’s finances. Her path here comes from a deep passion for helping creators share their inner voice. With a background in entrepreneurship, project management, and organizing music festivals—and as a singer-songwriter herself—she brings both heart and experience to everything she does
Aviv:
Aviv is the person making sure Ripples runs day to day, especially on the online side of things. He takes care of the details, keeps projects organized, and supports the team however he can. With experience in the music television industry as a boom operator and running online stores, he brings a practical, steady energy that helps turn ideas into reality.
Oran:
Oran is Ripples’ main producer and the creative force driving innovation in the company. A music producer, composer, and sound designer with over fifteen years in the industry, he brings a deep love for exploring new sounds and pushing boundaries. As a multi-instrumentalist, Oran blends textures and genres into productions that are unique and tailored to each project. For him, every project is a creative adventure—an opportunity to experiment, learn, and make something unforgettable
Guy:
Guy is a pianist at heart and a devoted father. He has composed nearly 200 pieces for memorial and holiday ceremonies in kibbutzim, worked with bands in Israel and abroad, and created music for student films. Guy also teaches piano and guitar to students of all levels, sharing his passion and helping others grow their musical voice.
